OSPF basics
OSPF is how routing works inside one organisation. Every router floods a map of its own links; every router then runs the same shortest-path calculation over the assembled map, so they all agree without a boss. Areas keep the map small as the network grows, with border routers stitching them to the backbone.
You’ll build a two-area lab on paper and watch what happens to the tables when a link dies.
